At Pearl Pirates, we begin processing your order as soon as it is placed to ensure quick dispatch. Therefore, cancellation requests are subject to the following terms.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed or dispatched. If your order is eligible for cancellation, please contact us immediately at:

Once the cancellation request is verified and approved, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been packed, shipped or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are requested to review their order carefully before confirming the purchase.

3. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Partial COD orders, a ₹50 advance payment is collected to confirm the order.

• If the customer requests cancellation before dispatch, the advance amount may be refunded after verification, where applicable.
• If the order has already been dispatched, or if the shipment is returned due to customer-related reasons (such as refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address or repeated delivery failures), the ₹50 advance payment is non-refundable.

Pearl Pirates reserves the right to restrict or disable Cash on Delivery for customers with repeated order cancellations or Return-to-Origin (RTO) history.

4. Cancellation by Pearl Pirates

Pearl Pirates reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Product becoming unavailable
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment verification failure
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect customer information
• Delivery location not serviceable
• Any reason necessary to protect our business or customers

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Pearl Pirates, the eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Changes to this Policy

Pearl Pirates reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on pearlpirates.in. Continued use of our Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
