5. Anti-Tarnish Jewellery Disclaimer

Pearl Pirates offers premium anti-tarnish jewellery designed for long-lasting everyday wear. However, product durability depends upon proper care, exposure to perfumes or chemicals, water exposure, sweat, storage conditions, and individual usage.

Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading due to misuse, improper care or accidental damage shall not be treated as manufacturing defects. Customers are advised to follow the Jewellery Care Instructions provided on the Website.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to technical or human error, Pearl Pirates reserves the right to cancel such orders and issue a full refund where applicable.

7. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Pearl Pirates reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in circumstances including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, suspicious activity, fraudulent transactions, payment verification failure, or operational issues.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method wherever applicable.

8. Payments

We accept secure online payments through Razorpay and other payment methods available on the Website, including UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, and Partial Cash on Delivery (where available).

Pearl Pirates does not store your complete debit card, credit card or banking credentials. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment partners.

9. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

Selected orders may be eligible for Partial Cash on Delivery:

• A ₹50 advance payment is required to confirm the order.
• The remaining amount shall be payable at the time of delivery.
• The advance amount is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and processed.
• Pearl Pirates reserves the right to refuse COD service for selected customers or locations.
• Customers repeatedly refusing COD deliveries may become ineligible for future COD orders.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information, a valid mobile number and email address, make payments using authorised payment methods, keep your account credentials confidential, not misuse the Website, and cooperate in verification requests.

11. Prohibited Activities

While using our Website, you agree not to engage in unlawful or fraudulent purposes, provide false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy or exploit content without permission, upload malware, interfere with website security, use bots or scraping tools, or harass employees and other users.

12. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and vary based on location and courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Ekart, Shadowfax, etc.). Risk of loss and ownership passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address.

13. Order Cancellation

Pearl Pirates reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, payment failure, or fraud. Eligible refunds will be processed via original payment methods (note that Partial COD advances are non-refundable once processed).

14. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for wrong products delivered, manufacturing defects, transit damage, or missing items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, ring size issues, or minor color variations.

15. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure transparency, a continuous unboxing video (starting before opening the package, showing the shipping label clearly without any cuts or pauses) is mandatory for claims related to wrong, missing, or damaged products.

16. Intellectual Property

All content including photographs, descriptions, graphics, logos, and brand name are the exclusive property of Pearl Pirates and cannot be copied or used without prior written permission.

17. User Reviews
